OUR LOCATION
Location was perfect- close to bus and metro lines, but many time when we would search for where we wanted to go, it was a very manageable walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the employees were helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast was a great start to each morning. The location was fantastic, right in the center of everything. The price was very fair and offered a great breakfast daily. The beds were very comfortable and staff very helpful.

Just across from the hotel is a stop for the famed Lisbon Trams. The hotel was in a great location, easy to find and easy for taxis to get to. It was clean, the staff were VERY helpful - we needed an additional plug adapter and they had one handy for us to borrow. They took our bags in when we arrived early before our room was ready and took the bags up there before our return. Helped us navigate the bus system to get to the castle.
